The Culinary Historians of Chicago and ChicaGourmets!, a food and wine organization, have teamed up to showcase an eclectic sampling of our nation's most respected food authorities who will share their knowledge and vocational passion. We invite you to join us. Meetings are held monthly on a Saturday morning starting at 10 a.m. Programs range from ethnic food traditions, to food history -- both reverent and irreverent -- and seminars presented by experts in a wide variety of fields that range from culinary to publishing.
