BIO: A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Chicago native Keli Fayard and her award-winning French-chef husband Dimitri opened the acclaimed Vanille Patisserie in 2003 on north Clybourn Ave. ( Before fulfilling her dream, Keli honed her talents working at the French Pastry School in Chicago, Rhapsody Restaurant, and leading restaurants in New York and Las Vegas.
