BIO: A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Chicago native Keli Fayard and her award-winning French-chef husband Dimitri opened the acclaimed Vanille Patisserie in 2003 on north Clybourn Ave. (www.vanillepatisserie.com). Before fulfilling her dream, Keli honed her talents working at the French Pastry School in Chicago, Rhapsody Restaurant, and leading restaurants in New York and Las Vegas.
